Please do read the whole Event Info document, there are some very useful info and tips in there. Here are some important points worth highlighting;
> Your race number will be available to collect from the desk linked to your EVENT WAVE (see start lists), not your race wave.
> It will not be possible to swap any runners into different waves within a distance (eg 10km Wave 1 to 10km Wave 2, there are just too many runners and the job would quickly become impossible. You can swap to a new distance by going to the Event Info desk on the day.
> Registration times are a guide to spread people out, number collection will remain open right until to the start time for that wave but as this is a very popular race, we would definitely recommend allowing plenty of time
> September Races; There is no parking charge for runners or spectators. Pre registered Runners (registered and paid) have access to Westonbirt included in their entry. Late Runner / On the day entries (not yet paid) will need to pay £3 for their access to Westonbirt for the day. Spectator tickets are £3/person (greatly reduced from £17 per person), valid only when entering Westonbirt prior to 09:00. Spectators arriving after 09:00 will need to pau the usual visitor rates.
> Purchase Spectator / Late entry passes here, in advance of race day for speedy access to site.
Pre Race Email - The pre race email will go out Monday / Tuesday of race week
Event Information - Will go online 3 weeks before the event

Please ensure all tickets, runner tickets and spectator tickets are downloaded or take a screenshot prior to arrival as signal can be patchy in the event car park
