Please bring your own water for the before, during (longer races) and after the race (journey home) - good for environmental reasons and hygiene. There will of course be plenty of water for you on the course to top up your suppliersand at the finish line.
It is expected that 10km runners are self sufficient in terms of their water if possible as we are trying to minimise our environmental impact, though we have cups of water at every drinks station. We ask half, 20 miler and marathon to run with their own water and refill at our drinks stations so you are well hydrated for the longer distances. There will of course be water for everyone at the finish but please note we can not provide water before the event from our supplies.
Please come prepared before the event with any water you may need. There will also be caterers on hand to furnish you with hot and cold drinks.
