When the term feed station doesn't do it justice. We pride ourselves on offering a huge selection of finish line treats and a buffet of refreshments out on on our courses so you don't need to worry about carrying your own food. 6km and 10km routes are generally water only, though if your race coincides with a longer distance run, you will be welcome to grab some snacks from the tables too!
Food: DF, GF, vegan options (usually tribe bars), massive variety of chocolate bars, soreen loaf, mini cheddars, oranges, bananas, haribo
Drinks: Water, electrolyte (hi5 on hot days) and flat coke for marathon runners on their second lap, as well as for ultra runner.
We will have a feast station roughly every 5km on all length routes.
We have large, 10cm x 10cm, two sided colour medals for you at all our events. Every medal interlocks with every other medal, so you can join medals from any two events together and start building a giant interlocking medal!
Each medal comes with a bright multi coloured ribbon with designs on both sides.
We pride ourselves on very comprehensive route marking and we will have teams out the day(s) before, and again on race morning, checking that your route is well marked and easy to follow. We put our literally 100s of signs at our events so you can run freely without having to question if you are going in the right direction.
We will have here a fantastic team of volunteer marshals out on the course to direct you at key points and who also man our FEAST stations. Please give our marshals lots of love and encouragement as you go around. If you would like to help with one of our events and get a free race in return, please send us an email here.
We work with top of the line medical companies and specialist organisations to ensure we can get to you quickly on any terrain should you need assistance. We will bring you back to the start/finish area if you aren't able to complete your race.
